Most hotels give you three treadmills and a mirror. This is a 320 m² high-performance floor with daylight down one side and the ocean beyond it.
There is a turf sprint lane with sleds, a full rack of free weights, multifunction stations and a line of cardio machines along the window. Enough room to train properly on a rest day between surfs in Taghazout Bay, and enough space that you are not queueing for anything.

The turf runs the length of the floor — sled pushes and pulls, carries, sprints, whatever your programme asks for. It is the part of the gym that gets used hardest, and the reason athletes book here in the first place.
Paddling fitness carries over to surfing more than anything else you can do indoors. Train in the morning, surf in the afternoon, sauna before dinner.

Racks, barbells and a full dumbbell wall, with benches and platforms set out so two people can work through a session without moving anything.
Sleds, weight bags, medicine balls and plyo boxes on the turf lane, for the work that does not fit neatly into a machine.
Bikes, rowers and treadmills lined along the glazed wall, so the dull part of training at least comes with a view.
Yes. The gym is open to all hotel guests at no extra charge.
