Terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Booking Confirmation

A confirmed booking requires a deposit payment. Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy

•⁠ ⁠Up to 30 days before arrival: 20% of the travel price

•⁠ ⁠From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price

•⁠ ⁠From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price

•⁠ ⁠From 7 to 1 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price

•⁠ ⁠On the date of arrival or in  case of no-show: 95% of the travel price

The effective date for the calculation is the date of receipt of the calculation is the date of receipt of the cancellation notice. Special offers/specials and individual travel components may be subjected to special cancellation conditions.

3.⁠ ⁠Surfing Lessons/Sessions

•⁠ ⁠Surfing lessons/sessions are subject to weather and surf conditions.

•⁠ ⁠Participants must assess their own physical ability and health before participating.

4.⁠ ⁠Liability

•⁠ ⁠Nobi surf boutique hotel is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from surfing or room booking.

6.⁠ ⁠Room Booking

•⁠ ⁠Check-in time: 14:00

•⁠ ⁠Check-out time: 11:00

7.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
